What we collect

• Things you send us. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not set analytics or marketing cookies on this site, and we do not buy, sell or trade personal information.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to you and follow up on conversations you started with us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our company and products, or your consent where you have asked us to keep in touch.

Where it lives and who sees it

The site and our email run on established cloud providers, with data held in UK and EU regions. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Server logs are retained briefly and rotate automatically.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@workforce-innovation-solutions.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
